These terms govern your use of Svadbi.mk. By creating an account or browsing the site, you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as possible.

What we are

Svadbi.mk is a lead-generation marketplace. We help couples discover wedding vendors and send them direct quote requests. We do not handle bookings, contracts, deposits, or payments. Any agreement is strictly between the couple and the vendor.

Free during launch

During our launch period, listing a business is free, and so is browsing and contacting vendors. We do not take commissions or cuts of bookings. Founding vendors who join during this period will be grandfathered into free service if and when paid tiers are introduced later.

For couples

Browsing and contacting vendors is free, with or without an account. You agree not to use the platform to send spam, harass vendors, or submit false information. Vendors choose whether and how to respond — we don't guarantee a reply.

For vendors

By creating a vendor listing, you confirm that you have the right to represent the business and that the information you provide is accurate. You agree to respond to legitimate quote requests in a professional manner. We may remove listings that contain misleading content, copyrighted images you don't own, or that violate Macedonian law.

Disclaimers

Svadbi.mk doesn't verify the quality, pricing, or licensing of vendors. We list them; you choose them. We strongly recommend signing a written contract before paying any deposit. We aren't liable for disputes, no-shows, or losses arising from your engagement with a vendor.

Account termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or harm other users. You can delete your own account at any time from the profile menu.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Macedonia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Skopje.
